Love the product, however I found that the wipes are tricky to extract with one hand, as that what is mostly available during a diaper change. Multiple wipes keep being strung along with the one you intend to use. The tightly packed-in (and possibly fluffy nature) wipes, do not let go of the next wipe in the pack. Even when using quick, sharp movements, was I able to cleanly extract a single wipe, ending up with water and 5 wipes strewn across the table and floor. Two hands, unfortunately still is the best method to ensure a smooth and hassle free wipe-pull. The wipes did not disappoint and my experience with the result of their use has been great.

I like that they are gentle and eco friendly but I don’t like how the wipes come out… when I try to pull one wipe out, it won’t separate from the other wipes so we end up using a lot more wipes then needed because they all come out at once.

The wipes themselves are fine in comparison to other brands and do not tear too easily, which is nice. However, the Bunjie customer service team are greatly lacking in communication, helpfulness and follow through, it seems they have only been trained in how to send a Insincere email.

Secondly, however and perhaps just as important from a busy mum of 3 perspective … THE PACKAGING IS HORRIBLE!! I think you’ve changed the formula since moving manufacturing. I find the wipes stick to eachother more making pulling them out difficult- you use to just get one wipe before, now you get a trail of them which makes nappy time a bit tricky with a baby who won’t sit still. They also don’t feel as sturdy and durable as the old ones. I much preferred the previous generation of wipe over these new ones
